Double ended clear tube with sterling mounts.  No cuts to bottle.  One end is a flip top with a stopper and the other end is a screw top with a cork lining.  This is simplicity at it's finest.  Lots of hallmarks.  Monogrammed Oct 10.  There is one small bubble in the glass. No damage.  Approximately 4 1/4" long.
